We will enforce all terms of the rental contract and diligently pursue delinquent amounts due. If necessary, we will evict the renter and we will appear in court on your behalf. We file eviction proceedings and ensure that all paperwork is properly filed according to Idaho State law. We use only attorney prepared legal forms that comply with all Idaho State Landlord/Tenant laws.

We interface with renters and property owners to effect dispute resolutions in order to mitigate legal problems and balance the needs of property owners and renters.

We are available to both property owners and renters on a 24 hour, seven day per week basis. After business hours, an answering service will take your call and we will respond promptly. Owners and renters alike can be assured that we are “on the job” no matter what time of day emergencies may arise.

Our experience enables us to evaluate and react to problems in a fraction of the time that it would take an individual with limited experience to do so.
