We collect the rent and pay the bills for you. We will disburse the funds to you directly, to your mortgage company, or send them to your bank; whichever is most convenient for you. At the end of each month, we will generate and send to you a statement showing income and expenses for that month, including photocopies of paid bills. We have a computerized accounting system to provide you with detailed, accurate operating statements.

We will prepare the necessary documentation for tax returns, investment analysis, property disclosures, code compliance and general record keeping. We use only prepared forms that comply with all Idaho State Landlord/Tenant laws.
